What is Urban Trax?

Urban Trax provides an opportunity for young Aboriginal
and Torres Strait Islander people to be involved in all
aspects of community life and encourages positive
social involvement and long term outcomes.
It is a Program specifically designed, developed and
coordinated by First Contact Aboriginal Corporation for
Youth.

First Contact identified that there is an ongoing demand
for programs which incorporated key components such
as awareness, prevention, innovation and culture all
wrapped in together.

The program is adaptable and because of this you can
be ensured that it reaches those most at need.
Our service is South East Queensland.

From Primary Schools including special education
centres to sporting and community events we can
design a program especially for you.

Urban Trax looks at tracking our young people through
their life cycle both the good and the difficult times.
Our Service is confidential and respects the rights of
individuals, families and cultural values.

All of the Urban Trax Crew hold a Child Safety Blue Card.

Urban Trax provides a follow up and support system
unequal by any other service provider.

Urban Trax is high energy and visual to the users.
Urban Trax produces positive outcomes for the young
people and their families which contribute to a healthy
and functional community.

The Program components can be individually
developed and adapted to suit your individual, group or
community needs in line with existing trends.
